Our services may include transportation for couples, wedding parties, families, guests, ceremonies, receptions, photography stops, hotels, rehearsal events, and other wedding-related travel across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the DFW Metroplex.
By confirming a reservation or using our transportation services, you agree to the Terms that apply to your booking. A person arranging transportation for other passengers is responsible for providing correct reservation information and communicating applicable trip rules to those passengers.

Guests should be informed of their designated pickup location and departure time before the wedding.
Passenger counts must be provided before booking.
Passengers cannot exceed the legal or rated seating capacity of the assigned vehicle.
Children count toward passenger capacity where required.
A customer should not assume that a vehicle advertised for a certain number of passengers can also carry large amounts of luggage, wedding items, decorations, or other equipment at maximum passenger capacity.
Tell us about large or unusual items before booking.
Vehicle availability can change because of mechanical problems, accidents, maintenance, safety concerns, previous-trip delays, or other operating conditions.
If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable, Wedding Limo Service Dallas may offer another vehicle suitable for the reservation.
Fleet photographs may represent a vehicle category, make, or model.
Unless an exact vehicle has been confirmed in writing, photographs do not guarantee a particular:
Do not attach decorations, signs, flowers, ribbons, tape, adhesives, paint, markers, or other materials to a vehicle without prior approval.
Approved decorations must not damage paint, glass, upholstery, trim, safety equipment, or vehicle surfaces.

Nothing may obstruct the chauffeur’s view, vehicle lights, license plates, doors, mirrors, or safety equipment.

Ask before bringing food, open beverages, wedding cake, catering items, or other items that may spill or damage the interior.
Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs caused by spills, stains, broken glass, food, or other passenger items.
Alcohol possession and consumption must comply with applicable federal, Texas, and local law.
Booking wedding transportation does not automatically authorize alcohol consumption inside every vehicle.
Alcohol may be restricted based on passenger age, vehicle type, location, or booking rules.
Underage passengers may not possess or consume alcohol.
The chauffeur may refuse or stop transportation when alcohol use creates an unsafe condition or violates applicable law.
Illegal drugs are prohibited in our vehicles.
Smoking or vaping may also be prohibited under Company rules, vehicle requirements, or applicable law.
A reservation may be terminated if passengers engage in illegal drug activity, smoke or vape where prohibited, interfere with the chauffeur, or create an unsafe situation.
Passengers must treat the chauffeur, vehicle, and other passengers appropriately.
Transportation may be refused or stopped for:
The person who booked the transportation may be held responsible for the conduct of passengers connected with the reservation.

A requested entrance or pickup point cannot be guaranteed when access is restricted.
Customers should provide any known venue transportation instructions before the wedding day.
Travel times can be affected by traffic, accidents, construction, weather, road closures, public events, venue congestion, and other conditions outside our reasonable control.
Customers should allow enough transportation time between scheduled wedding activities.
A stated travel time is not a guarantee of arrival at an exact minute when road or operating conditions interfere with the route.
Photography stops should be included in the itinerary when transportation between locations is required.
Adding an unplanned photography location may increase mileage, waiting time, or reservation duration.
The chauffeur cannot park or wait in an area where stopping is prohibited.
Photography schedules should account for travel time and legal vehicle access.
The chauffeur controls decisions concerning safe vehicle operation.
Passengers cannot require a chauffeur to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wedding Limo Service Dallas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a reservation.
This may include losses connected with delayed ceremonies, missed photographs, event schedule changes, missed connections, or other wedding activities when caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from a specific reservation will not exceed the amount paid for that reservation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
A wedding may involve hotels, venues, planners, photographers, airlines, parking facilities, or other businesses that we do not control.
Wedding Limo Service Dallas is not responsible for the independent acts, policies, schedules, availability, or services of those third parties.
A delay caused by a venue, hotel, event provider, or another third party may affect the transportation schedule.

Clients arranging transportation for wedding guests should provide only the passenger information needed to plan and complete the transportation.
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials owned by or licensed to Wedding Limo Service Dallas may not be copied, republished, sold, or distributed without permission except where permitted by law.
Users may not submit fraudulent booking requests, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access to the Site, or interfere with Site operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or our transportation services will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Dallas County, Texas.

Terms accepted for an existing confirmed reservation remain subject to the booking agreement applicable to that reservation.
