Wedding Limo Service Dallas (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains rules concerning alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, intoxication, and passenger conduct during wedding transportation.
This policy applies to couples, wedding parties, family members, guests, and other passengers traveling under a Wedding Limo Service Dallas reservation.
Passengers must comply with federal, Texas, and local laws. Booking a limousine, party bus, shuttle, SUV, sedan, or other chauffeured vehicle does not create an exception to laws governing alcohol, controlled substances, smoking, or passenger conduct.
Illegal drugs are prohibited in our vehicles.
Passengers may not possess, use, distribute, sell, or transport illegal drugs during a reservation.
Transportation may be refused or stopped when illegal drug activity is observed or when passenger conduct creates a legal or safety concern.
The person making the reservation is responsible for informing the wedding party and other passengers about this policy.
Lawfully possessed prescription medication may be carried for personal use. Passengers remain responsible for their medication and its lawful possession.
Alcohol possession and consumption depend on applicable law, passenger age, vehicle type, location, and the rules attached to the reservation.
Booking wedding transportation does not automatically permit passengers to open, serve, possess, or consume alcohol inside every vehicle.
Alcohol may be prohibited in certain vehicles or during certain trips.
Passengers must follow lawful instructions from the chauffeur concerning alcohol inside the vehicle.
Passengers under the legal drinking age may not possess or consume alcohol during transportation.
No passenger may provide alcohol to an underage person.
Passengers may be asked to provide government-issued identification when age verification is required.
Transportation may be refused or stopped if underage drinking takes place during the reservation.
Wedding parties and guest groups may include passengers under the legal drinking age.
Adults traveling with minors are responsible for making sure alcohol is not supplied to underage passengers.
A limousine, party bus, Sprinter, or shuttle reservation does not change the legal drinking age.
If a group includes minors, tell us during booking when that information affects the requested transportation or applicable rules.
The site offers transportation designed around separate passenger groups and wedding schedules, including couple transportation, wedding parties, families, and guest transportation.
Every passenger traveling under the reservation must follow this policy.
The person who booked the vehicle cannot authorize another passenger to violate alcohol, drug, smoking, or safety rules.

Group transportation does not remove individual passenger responsibility.

Passengers may not possess, smoke, vape, consume, distribute, or transport marijuana or cannabis products in a manner prohibited by law.
A wedding limousine or party bus reservation does not change the legal status of marijuana or another controlled substance.
Transportation may be stopped when prohibited cannabis possession or use takes place during the trip.
Open-container rules depend on applicable law, vehicle type, passenger area, and location.
Passengers must comply with the rules that apply to their transportation.
A chauffeur may require a beverage to be closed, removed, stored, or disposed of when its possession or consumption is prohibited.
Do not assume that alcohol can be brought into a vehicle simply because the reservation is for a wedding.
Ask about applicable vehicle rules before bringing alcoholic beverages.
Where alcohol is permitted, passengers remain responsible for lawful possession and consumption.

Wedding venues, hotels, reception halls, private properties, and event spaces may have their own alcohol rules.

Permission to consume alcohol at a wedding venue does not mean alcohol can automatically be carried into or consumed inside a chauffeured vehicle.
Passengers should follow both venue rules and the rules applicable to their transportation.

Passengers who are seriously intoxicated, violent, threatening, or unable to follow safety instructions may be refused transportation.
A guest’s participation in the wedding does not require the chauffeur to transport that person when doing so would create a safety problem.
Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs caused during transportation.

Wedding Limo Service Dallas may refuse, suspend, or terminate transportation when passenger conduct creates a safety concern or involves suspected illegal activity.
Reasons may include:
The chauffeur may stop at a safe location when continued transportation cannot be provided safely.
A trip stopped because of passenger misconduct or violation of this policy does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Charges, refunds, cleaning fees, damage fees, and remaining payment obligations will be handled under the confirmed reservation and our Terms & Conditions.
Ending transportation because of passenger conduct may also affect other scheduled transportation under the reservation.
Wedding Limo Service Dallas provides chauffeured transportation, not ambulance or emergency medical transportation.
If a passenger becomes unconscious, seriously ill, injured, or appears to need urgent medical attention, the chauffeur or dispatch personnel may contact emergency services.
A chauffeur is not required to continue ordinary transportation when emergency assistance appears necessary.
Wedding Limo Service Dallas may contact or cooperate with law enforcement, emergency personnel, venue security, or other authorities when required by law or when circumstances create an immediate safety concern.
Nothing in this policy requires the Company, chauffeur, or another member of personnel to conceal illegal activity or interfere with a lawful investigation.
